FREQUENTLY ASKED

QUESTIONS

Q. ARE THERE WAYS TO LIMIT MY ACCOUNT?

Yes – take a look at our Safer Gambling tools. You may find a Deposit Limit, Cool Off Period or Self Exclusion helpful.  They’re all designed to give you greater control over how much, and how often, you bet.

Q. My self-exclusion has ended. Why am I still not able to gamble with you?

We don’t automatically lift your self-exclusion once it’s finished. You need to contact us first, and then we’ll apply a 24-hour cooling-off period before we re-open your account. It’s just to give you a bit of extra time to make sure the decision is right for you.

Q. Can I change my Deposit Limit once I’ve set it?

Yes – you can decrease it at any time and it will be effective immediately. Increases take 24 hours to kick in (and you’ll be asked to confirm the change when you next log in). If the increase comes into effect while you’re already logged in, just log out and back in again to activate it.

Q. How does the ‘rolling’ time period work with Deposit Limits?

Here are a couple of examples to explain:

Scenario 1:

  • You set a £25 daily limit
  • You deposit £25 at 13:01
  • You won’t be able to deposit again until 13:02 the next day

Scenario 2:

  • You set a Deposit Limit for the first time of £50 a week on 17 June
  • You deposit £5 on 18 June
  • You deposit £10 on 19 June
  • On 24 June (one week after setting your limit) you can only deposit a maximum of £35 due to depositing £15 across the previous 7 days

Try not to think of a weekly limit as running from Monday to Monday, or a monthly limit running from 1st to 31st. The time period is constantly rolling to stop you depositing more than your set limit based on the last 24 hours (if daily), 7 days (if weekly) and 30 days (if monthly).
